No opinion on the clone(s) but strong opinion as to Mac. I used both Macs and Windows every day for years, and quickly realized that the Mac is a far better system. Although at first glance the hardware seems more expensive, what you save on Windows hardware and the Windows system is vastly outweighed by the frustrations and need for tech support.
I've always thought it a shame that entire generations of computer users have grown up with the kludge known as Windows, and never experienced a decent OS.

I've been a PC guy since windows 3.1 and never had an interest to own the pricey Macs but now thanks to Psystar, I might invest in one of these Mac clones in my case to be more familiar with OS X (and the apple way of doing stuff). I'll most likely slap photoshop and stuff on it just to get used to it. What do you guys think? hey $599 compared to whatever Macs cost now how could I pass this up?
