[PSP-Snags] Changes Again to Rapid Share

Im just wondering if anyone else has noticed a sudden change (possibly) to Rapid Share ?? I used to be able to d/l files with usually anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes or so between d/l being that I am using the free user option. Last couple days Rapid Share has only allowed me to d/l one file a day. This is going to be a royal PITA since many people seem to use Rapid Share over other d/l managers such as 4 shared. Just currious if this might be a glitch with my computer or if others are experiencing the same difficulties.
