[Photoshop-Haven] Anyone guess how she did this?

This set of galleries by Rebekka Gudleifs has many photos with amazing
color tonality. I can't figure out how she does it. Any thoughts would
be helpful.

Some guesses I had were: hand painting, LAB color space curves, or
single shot HDR tonemapping.
