[photoshop-beginners] Layers

Another web developer sent me a psd file of a whole website from photoshop that she had done, their are folders for each page of the website. Now my question is this, how do I view each page in photoshop because when I click on the folder, it drops it down and shows me the files but it doesn't change it on the screen.

All help would be greatly appreciated.
