[photoshop-beginners] group shot using photomerge

 

I have found the icons for ERASER and ALIGN by scrolling down the right side of my screen.

 

I can now erase, and I have also tried to align.  But, if I move the position of my brothers head, that throws the next person in the picture out of alignment (even though I did not instruct it to do anything to the next person).

 

How to finalize things, get out blur etc.?
