If you are on my Always List, you do not need to request this tag for names you have entered in the database. They will be automatically made for you. However, feel free to request additional tags for friends. This offer may be forwarded - just be sure to forward the p/u notice as well!

RULES: You may request as many tags as you wish. Place names one over another, single spaced, in list form, each on a line of it's own - even if just one name: Kristah Sarah Beth Jasmyn Jordan This tag has a limit of 16 letters/spaces maximum and 2 letters minimum. No names in all caps (exception: initials - 3 max).  No generic extras, no phrases. Specific names and nicknames only (exception: Animal Rescue Org / Shelters are welcome). Couples' names (ie: Scott & Kim), family names (ie: The McGees) or 'extra' comments (ie: Hugs, Lisa) are fine. No requests on IM or OE stationery - use plain white background only PLEASE!!! Those of you who always request politely are very much appreciated!! Offer expires at 8am EST on Tuesday, February 3, 2009. Tags will be uploaded to my FOTKI site when complete, and p/u notice will be sent.
