You can purchase lifetime usage license to use it from MtA Please do not use my art without license to do so.   Skill Level -  Intermediate   Needed: This was written in PSP 9 (other versions should work with some adjustments)   Filters: Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact Chrome Here   Image: An Image of your choice Image with center focal image works best   Accents: Embellishments, Accents or scraps of choice (There are some free ones on my site www.gukicreations.com and you can get my ptu kits at AMI) Be creative :)   Brush - Doodles - Tube: A brush, doodles or tube of your choice (you might even be able to use a dingbat font)   Performance Notes: All settings will remain the same, unless otherwise noted      Preperation   1  File > Open Image of choice   2  Window > Duplicate Close Original   3  Dropper Tool Left click on image for medium or light foreground color Right click on image for medium dark or dark background color   4  Edit > Copy Move image to the side for later use     Header - Tag   1  File > New Settings: Width = 550 Pixels Height = 500 Raster Background = Selected Transparent = Checked   2  Preset Shape Tool Settings: Heart or shape that fits your theme Retain style = Not checked Anti-alias = Checked Create as vector = Checked Line style = Solid Width = 7.00 - 10.00 (depends on shape) Join = Miter Join Miter limit = 15   3  Materials Palette Turn off Background color   4  Hold down the Shift key, left click and draw out you shape from upper left corner to the right bottom corner. Use the nodes to draw it out to the size you want, make sure there is space of 50 pixels on top and bottom, and 70 pixels to the sides of shape to the border   5  Objects > Align > Center in Canvas   6  Layers > Convert to Raster Layer   7  Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact > Chrome Settings: Factory Default (to get it to the default settings) City, Rough Surface (play with the settings in The tabs, until you get something you like. The settings I am using are very basic, but you can get all sorts of looks with playing around)   8  Magic Wand Settings: Mode = Replace Match mode = RGB Value Tolerance = 0 Sample merged = Not Checked Contiguous = Checked Feather = 0 Anti-alias = Not Checked Click inside Heart or shape you chose   9  Selections > Modify > Expand Settings: Number of pixels = 2   10  Edit > Paste > Paste As New Layer   11  Layers > Arrange > Move Down   12  Optional if needed Image > Resize Settings: Resample using = Smart Size Lock aspect ratio = Checked Resize all layers = Not Checked Width & Height = 85 Percent Repeat if needed   13  Optional if needed Adjust > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask Settings: Radius = 1.00 Strength = 47 Clipping = 5 Luminance only = Not Checked If needed   14  Move Tool Move the image so you have the part you want showing inside the shape   15  Selections > Invert   16  Edit > Clear Or hit delete on keyboard   17  Selections > Invert   18  Layers > New Raster Layer   19  Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout Settings: Vertical & Horizontal = 0 Opacity = 70 Blur = 15.00 Shadow color = Black Fill interior with color = Not Checked   20  Selections > Select None   21  Layers > Merge > Merge Visible   22  Layers > Duplicate   23  Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow Settings: Vertical & Horizontal = 2 Opacity = 30 Blur = 5.00 Color = Black Shadow on new layer = Not Checked   24  Layers Palette Make the bottom layer the active one   25  Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur Settings: Radius = 10.00   26  Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic - Antique Settings: Symmetric = Not Checked Number of columns = 90 Number of rows = 55 Tile diffusion = 25 Grout width = 3 Grout diffusion = 17   27  Layers > New Raster Layer   28  Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom   29  Flood Fill Tool Settings: Match mode = None Sample merged = Not Checked Blend mode = Normal Opacity = 100 Left click to fill with Foreground color Note: If you are making a tag you will want this to be white   30  Layers > New Raster Layer   31  Airbrush Settings: Brush = Your choice Other settings to your liking Right click to apply brush to left or right upper corner Make sure the brush is showing from under the shape (You can use dingbat font)   32  Layers > New Raster Layer Right click to apply brush left or right bottom corner Make sure the brush is showing from under the shape   33  Move Tool Move the brushes to your liking, if needed   34  Layers Palette Lower opacity on the brush layers to your liking, if needed   35  Layers Palette Make the top layer the active one   36  Add Embellishments - Accents - Scraps to your liking Add the same drop shadow as on the shape   Note: If you are making a tag you need to resize at this point to desired size   37  Add Text to your liking Add the same drop shadow as on the shape   38  Layers > New Raster Layer   39  Add artist information and your watermark like you normally do   40  File > Export Settings: Set Compression Value to = 20 - 25 DO NOT CLOSE   41  Layers Palette Close off Text Layer, Watermark layers, Bottom Layer and Brush Layer   42  Edit > Copy Merged     Background   1  Edit > Paste > Paste As New Image   2  Image > Resize Settings: Width = No more than 300 Pixels Height = No more than 280 Resize all layers = Checked   3  Adjust > Sharpness > Unsharp Mask   4  On original Image (the one you moved to the side for later use in the beginning of the tut) Edit > Copy   5  File > New Settings: Width = 300 Pixels Height = 300   6  Selections > Select All   7  Edit > Paste > Paste Into Selection   8  Selections > Select None   9  Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling Settings: Edge = Checked Vertical = Checked Width = 50 Transition = 50   10  Layers Palette Lower opacity on this layer to 50   11  Image > Canvas Size Settings: Lock aspect ratio = Not Checked Width = 350 Pixels Height = 300 Placement = Left middle arrow   12  Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur   13  Effects > Texture Effects > Mosaic -
