The easy version:
You can increased the saturation of all colors across contrast ranges or
only the colors within a limited contrast range, in this case sort of the
mid-tones for Vibrance.
How useful the Vibrance tool is for you is, of course, a matter of taste.
Color ranges that correspond to, ahem, Caucasian flesh tones, can be
numerically excluded. Nikon NX has this feature also.
There are other ways to amplify the midtones, including a well documented
trick using Lab color mode.

Within Adobe Bridge, access Tools>Append Metadata or Tools>Create
Metadata Template. You can select multiple photos in the Bridge and use
Append Metadata to apply it to all of them. You can also create a
template which you can apply in the future.

Not sure how to proceed here. I have a video of a bird flying around,
hovering, perching, etc with two overexposed areas, which are the white
areas on the bird. Luckily, these areas are fairly small, but completely
blown out so no detail can be extracted and shadow/ highlight doesn't touch
it. There must be a way I can take a good video or even an image, where the
whites were properly exposed, and apply it to all the moving overexposed
whites on the video. Are there directions, tutorial and/or video that show
this?

Thanks,
Bill
