The sender could zip them up and send the zipped file for snagging, after you save the zipped file and unzip it they should work for you... if you can save zip files????
I know with incredi I have to send them to myself again, the email addy I use for Outlook Express, then once I recieve them from myself, I can save them...... I believe incredi isn't embedding them and when forwarded via OE to an OE account they are embedded then and thus is why one can snag.... should work the same in Vistas Windows Mail......
