[Photoshop-Haven] Re: "Tilt & Shift" effect - how was it done?

Duplicate the layer
Apply gaussian blur to taste
Create layer mask
Apply linear gradient to layer mask

Play arounf until you get it, you can create a shallow depth of field look with this.
