If you download again you'll just waste your time and traffic. I have
the same problem, but the same installer run on my friend's PC. I'm
now trying to find other solutions. I'll let you know if i find
anything.

Hi Group,
I have a question on the unsharp mask filter. I have a couple pictures
that I want to sharpen, but I just want to focus in on a specific
area. Thanks for any tips.

Select the area and alt-J to make a new layer with just the selection.
Sharpen the selection. You can also blur (or whatever) the base layer.
