[Photoshop-Haven] set defaults for image size.

Is there a way to change the defaults in PS CS3 so that when I change
the size of an image, it will default to "Bicubic sharper - best for
reduction"? So when I do a
>IMAGE
>IMAGE SIZE
> This panel will default to
Bicubic sharper - (best for reduction)
instead of BICUBIC (best for smooth gradients)
