[Photoshop-Haven] Re:CS3 vs. CS4

The learning curve between CS3 and 4 wasn't hard at all. There were
(and might still be) tuts on what was new in 4. Once I got it, it was
easy to switch.
IMHO, go with 4. A lot of good changes as well as better ACR.
