Hello all-
Though I am not new to Photoshop, I am fairly new to the starting up with a "New" project in photoshop; I usually just import pictures or open with a picture.
One of the first things I remember my teacher telling me to do is make a new layer instead of using your background layer.
But for some reason, the background layer is locked out and there is no way to add another layer and such; plus all of the commands up top are grey'd out.
Is there any helpful hints to get another layer in the layers section?
Thanks
Jonathon M. Johson
