[fnftwo] surprise challenge

OK I know this does not look like the pic Bobbi sent. You know why? because this owner of yours deleted the email Bobbi sent. So, in order not to cheat, I had to try something out of the memories I had of the email. Because I know how sophisticated Tish's tuts are , I know I am far off the target with this. But I did my best . Anyway I think this challenge is a lot of fun. Yaelle has something like this on her site. Although she gives many of the elements for the creation, there are no instruction and she put the real tut on her site one month later
