Clicking the image downloads a jgd file which is PSP's gradient format. 

Save in a new folder and point PSP to that new folder to use these gradients also.

If PSP is open you may need to close it, then reopen it.

 

I have PSP versions 7.04  8  and 11

Mine are working and this is what I did.

 

1. Click File
2. Click Preferences
3. Click File Locations
4. Click Gradients
5. Click ADD
6. Choose the new folder
7. Click OK
8. Click OK on last window

 

NOTE:

Before making the above path, have the new gradients folder where you want it saved.  If its on your desktop and you don't want it there, move it to another location.  Once you make the above path for the gradient folder, if you decide to move that folder, the path will be broken because the location changed and thus it will no longer work without doing a new association path.
