I had a ball with this.  I want to play with it some

more but I have to get ready to go to my son's house for dinner. I used a bkg. from saber's "Deep Blue Sea"

Scrap kit then I made a gradient layer which I flexified about 5 X with the same setting & then random settings. I lowered the opacity to 25 % then I framed and animated with the stained Image effect in Animation Shop.

Love that effect.  Makes it seem like the mermaid

is moving.  TFL.
