"Solex Race"

Yoohoo, it is me again with the Solex race!

 

Solex is a kind of moped with a 2-tact engine that sounds like 'put put pruttle' gradient-rythmn LOL -))  It was very popular in the 50th and 60th. Nowadays a collectors item -))

Today about 100 drivers made a tour and I could make some shots when they drove into town for lunch break........... On the right you see the brick wall of our museum (this part used to be the stable for the postcoach horses about 100 years ago; the actual museum is the house of the notables of our town) On the left a hardware store and a bar; both old buildings also, just as the cobble stones in the street are! The blue&gold is our local & flagg colors.
