If you are on my Always List, you do not need to request this tag for names you have entered in the database. They will be automatically made for you. However, feel free to request additional tags for friends. This offer may be forwarded - just be sure to forward the p/u notice as well!

RULES: You may request as many tags as you wish. Place names one over another, single spaced, in list form, as shown - even if just one name: Kristah Jesse Sarah Beth Jasmyn This tag has a limit of 16 letters/spaces maximum and 2 letters minimum. No names in all caps (with the exception of initials - 3 max). Specific names / nicknames only please!  No generic extras and no phrases. Couples' names (ie: Scott & Kim), family names (ie: The McGees) or added comments (ie: Hugs, Lisa) are fine. Requests I find inappropriate (suggestive, vulgar) will not be made.  No requests on IM or OE stationery - use plain white background only PLEASE!!! Those of you who always request politely are very much appreciated!! Offer expires at 8am EST on Thursday, November 13, 2008. Completed tags will be uploaded to my FOTKI site for pickup, and p/u notice will be sent.
