Well said Rev. Ron. We should respect each others as our brothers and sister no matter where we were born or where we come from. Place of our birth or country does not make any different! We are all human being and should be treated as such.
It's sad that this topic has come so far as it is "promoting" racism. Please put yourself into the "foreigners" place (like Rev Ron mentioned) and think how would you feel? It's hard for someone to go into any new country to achieve their dreams only be confronted by racism and discrimination.
Hello all, this is Reverend Ron. I really don't like to get involved in these discussions on line but I feel I must step in here. The problem with this country is not foreigners. Let's not forget that America is made up of foreigners right from the beginning. What the problem is, is GREED. Yes greed from major employers willing to hire these foreigners for a very low price and knocking out Americans who refuse to work in sweatshops and low wages. Foreigners are. The other problem is Major corporations moving to places like Mexico where they can make them work endless hours for almost nothing then sell their products in the USA and we like suckers buy their products. The government has to step in and do something about this. These companies are still getting tax breaks from the USA even though they are off shore. OUR FATHER means exactly that. God is all peoples father and we should treat everyone as our brother or sister. It's not like we don't have American rapists, serial killers, people who scam the elderly and break every law possible because we do. I do believe that EVERYONE should be treated equally and not given any special breaks just because they are foreigners. That's just not right. Most come here for a dream that they could not possibly imagine in their own countries. To sum it up, there are good God following Americans and also good God following foreigners. "We must learn to love each other as we would ourselves." JESUS. Remember when we thought we were better than Blacks and treated them as slaves and persons less equal to us? See how wrong we were? It's the same for anyone. Give people a chance and don't judge every ethnic group just from a few.If this sounds like I am trying to be "Holier than thou" (which I was accused of once for passing the word) I can assure you I am not. I am just trying to appeal to your hearts.In Jesus name.HUGS
May the good Lord Bless and keep you and yours. Ron B.-------Original Message-------I totally disagree that America has only got the problems. I truly believe every country got the problems with "foreigners" be it America, UK, Europe, Asia!!! We should just get on with our life as this is only creating more racism when we should be living together in harmony. If we go back years, it seemed that British was ruling most of the countries - e.g. India (British Raj as it was called), British Columbia, Australia, even Irish settled in America so America got the partly labelled with Irish blood. Does that make sense?
I hate racisms and discrimination of any sort and I would never treat anyone by the look or their nationality - after all we are human beings.

All explorers who set out to ""Discover"" a new world and landed on American shores and over the centuries almost decimated the native population of those lands!!!!!It is even due to "foreigners" that America has its name http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Americas#NamingSo yes all America's problems stem from foreigners!!!I have often wondered if there are any American Americans I hear often of Irish Americans, Italian Americans, African Americans, Asian Americans, Costas, Spanish Americans, the list goes on ---Are Americans truly proud of there heritage that they still want to identify with it or???????????----- Original Message -----From: Amanda P.Sent: Sunday, May 31, 2009 6:01 PMSubject: [PSP-Snags] Think about it....
I noticed something the other day.
Why is most of the problems America has are because of foreigners or foreign countries?
* We don't have enough jobs for us Americans let alone anyone else.
* Remember the lead paint from China
*Quite a bit of diseases comes from other countries
* Remember 9/11
P.S. Don't think one bit, I'm racist. I just think things should be fair and legal.
