When I saw the totw ~ rain I immediately knew I had to used the adorable lil rainy day bears image I'd d/l from one of my groups recently. No tut for my tag above just having a play in psp using bits'n bobs from scrapkits, a couple of masks and various fonts for the word art, tfl.
