Please do not upload to any website (except for tutorial writers)

If you are a tutorial writer and are using any of my scraps in your tutorials you please either upload the FULL kit or
element pack to your own site, not a file hosting site.
If you prefer not to upload to your own site then please use my 4shared link to share your supplies.
Please do not resize the items you use, merge them into a single psp image or change the file names.
The scraps must be shared in their original form.
